I specialize in M&A transactions, real estate projects, and corporate law. In addition to these traditional industries, I also focus on advertising and media law.
 

I have been working in the office since 2012 and at the beginning of 2018, I became a Partner. Previously I worked in a prestigious Czech law firm at branches in Bratislava and Prague, where I focused on transactions and corporate law under both Slovak and Czech law.

I continue to focus on M&A and corporate law. We represent clients when entering the market, within the new investment opportunities, including start-ups, as well as in selling their shares to domestic or foreign investors.

In the area of real estate, I provide clients with legal services, especially in the implementation of new residential, administrative, commercial or multifunctional projects, from property preparation, selection and contracting of suppliers, project financing, including bond financing, construction process to sale, or real estate audit, purchase and further appreciation.

Since our office has become a member of the GALA - Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance, I have been intensively involved in advertising and media law, providing legal advice to multinational corporations, international and local advertising agencies and advertisers across the market sectors.

In the office, I am also responsible for the Italian clientele and the involvement of our office in the activities of the Italian-Slovak Chamber of Commerce. As a licensed lawyer in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, I provide legal services under both jurisdictions.
