my main specialization is the area of labor law, in particular, the issues of non-discrimination and personal data protection. I am an assistant professor at the Department of International Law and European Law at the Faculty of Law of Trnava University in Trnava.
I have been a member of the office team since 2012 when I joined my colleagues to strengthen the employment team. Previously I worked for several years in a leading Czech law firm where I specialized in labor law.
I work in the office as Of counsel as my main activity is teaching at the Faculty of Law of Trnava University. As an assistant professor, I teach subjects focused on European law and EU competition law. I also run an anti-discrimination legal clinic.
In my practice, I focus on publishing activities mainly in the areas of European Union law.
In my articles and publications, I also deal with some specific topics, such as the right to the protection of personal data, migrant workers, secondment of employees, employment of foreigners in the Slovak Republic, collective redundancies, temporary agency employment, maternity leave, and others.
I regularly give lectures and seminars on European and labor law for the scientific community, but also for a wide range of office clients.
